The Mad Pottery LLC – Cancellation Policy

To provide the best experience for all students and ensure class availability, The Mad Pottery LLC maintains the following cancellation policy:

Class and Workshop Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled class or workshop will receive a full refund or studio credit.
  • Cancellations made 3–13 days before the scheduled class or workshop will receive studio credit for a future class or service.
  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the class or workshop are non-refundable.

Missed Classes / No-Shows

  • Students who do not attend a scheduled class without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and no refund, credit, or makeup class will be provided.

Multi-Week Courses

  • Due to limited enrollment and preparation of materials, missed classes within multi-week sessions are generally not refundable. Makeup sessions may be offered at the studio's discretion based on availability.

Private Lessons and Group Events

  • Private lessons, parties, and group bookings require at least 72 hours notice for rescheduling.
  • Deposits for private events are non-refundable but may be applied toward a rescheduled event if notice is given within the required timeframe.

Studio Cancellations

  • The Mad Pottery LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrollment, instructor illness, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. If the studio cancels a class, students will receive the option of a full refund, studio credit, or transfer to another class date.

Clay and Kiln Disclaimer

  • Pottery involves a creative process with natural variables. While every effort is made to protect student work, The Mad Pottery LLC cannot guarantee against cracking, breakage, glazing defects, or kiln-related issues and cannot provide refunds for damaged work resulting from the ceramic process.

Thank you for helping us create a welcoming and organized studio environment for everyone.
